1 Registration and payment
You can register using the registration form in person in the office, in writing by post or online. When registering for courses and exams, photo identification and a valid registration form must be presented. Registration is binding in any case and obliges you to pay the course fee. Late registrations for courses that have already started do not result in a claim for a reduction in the course fee.
1.1 Courses
A registration fee of €150 is due with the registration, which will be credited to the total amount. The balance is to be paid before the course begins. This also applies to customers whose course fees are financed by public authorities.
1.2 Examinations
The entire examination fee is due upon registration.
1.3 Training
The booked training units are billed monthly in arrears and are due immediately.
All payments are to be transferred in cash or by bank to the following account:

In the event of a delay in payment, a reminder fee of €15 will be charged. Open payments that have not been received by IDEUM eU after two reminders (including reminder fees) will be forwarded to a debt collection agency.

2 Cancellation
Cancellations must always be made in writing.
2.1 Courses
If the course is canceled up to 14 calendar days before the start of the course, a processing fee of €50 will be charged. From the 13th calendar day up to one calendar day before the start of the course, the registration fee of €150 will be retained as a cancellation fee. From the first day of the course or thereafter, the entire course fee must be paid or no refund is possible.
In the event of irregular attendance or premature termination by the participant, there is also no entitlement to a refund or price reduction.
2.2 Examinations
If an exam is canceled up to 30 calendar days before the exam date, a processing fee of €50 will be charged. From the 29th calendar day before the exam or if you do not show up for the exam, the entire exam fee is due.
2.3 Training
If an individual training session is canceled within 24 hours before the start of the booked unit or if you do not show up, the training unit will be invoiced.
3 course cancellation
ideum eU reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of participants is too low or for organizational reasons. Participants who have already registered will be informed of a course cancellation before the course begins. Payments made will be refunded in this case. There is no right to compensation for any costs incurred.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course can still be held if the participants agree to a reduction in the number of hours while the course price remains the same or if the difference is paid by full-paying contributions. ideum eU reserves the right to change course dates if the majority of participants agree.
4 attendance
A course attendance of at least 80% is a prerequisite for a confirmation of participation. Participants whose course fee is fully or partially financed by public bodies (AMS, Austrian Integration Fund, etc.) must be able to show that at least 80% of the participants are present, otherwise a refund of the course costs cannot be guaranteed.
5 lesson time
The teaching units for courses are 45 minutes, for trainings 50 minutes.
5 course materials
The course materials are included in the course price and will be handed out to the participants during the course. All documents used in the course are the intellectual property of ideum eU. Passing them on to third parties or commercial use is not permitted under any circumstances. After the end of the course, there is no longer any entitlement to course materials that have not been received.
6 visa
ideum eU is not responsible for visa matters or residence permits. 7 General
The course participants are not insured against accidents or health by ideum eU. It is recommended to take out cancellation insurance. Participants are themselves liable for any damage. ideum eU accepts no liability whatsoever for the cloakroom and loss of items brought along.
By registering for the course, the participants agree that the personal data can subsequently be processed and used electronically by ideum eU within the framework of the courses offered and the course operation (sending of advertising mail, e-mail, SMS or calls). The same applies to cases in which interested parties have requested information and the like from ideum eU by disclosing their personal data or in cases in which interested parties have made their personal data available to ideum eU in the context of trade fairs, competitions or other advertising events. ideum eU guarantees the obligation to maintain data secrecy in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. By registering, you authorize the publication of images in advertising material on which you can be identified.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Leoben.
